| It is necessary to complete this application completely so that your child can be provided with meals throughout the school year if he/she qualifies. If you have questions you may call the school cafeteria at (310) 472-8014. Within 10 working days after receiving the application, the student’s eligibility will be determined. Until then, the student must purchase full price meals or bring meals. Incomplete applications will not be processed. Returning students are also to complete a new application. Parents who are eligible for reduced or who pay full price are asked to purchase the tickets on a weekly basis between in the morning before school, Monday through Friday.
