| The Booster Club Needs You! The Booster Club has several openings and great need for parents (yes, even ones that work full time!) to consider applying for, as some of our current Chairpersons are graduating with their children and/or taking on other Booster Club responsibilities. If you are interested in any of the committees, you can get a current Chairperson contact list from the School office, or email through this web site, and express your interest and qualifications! They would be delighted to explain to you the scope of what is involved, time commitments, and technical skills required, if any. All the Chairperson positions have well established histories of how the job has been done, for you to use as a guide; but there is plenty of room to “make it your own” and innovate! Some of the positions, such as Yearbook, do require proficiency on computer programs such as Microsoft Publisher. Most of the Committees are made up of parent teams, which means that you will have someone to help you coordinate things. The School gets better with every parent’s contribution of time and special talents. Many jobs are ideal for the full time working parent as the time involved is minimal, but a two year commitment is required. |
